Use, Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Always follow the recommended usage, cleaning, and maintenance instructions provided with your earphones.

  • Improper use or failure to clean your earphones regularly may lead to discomfort, wax buildup, or potential ear infections.

Child Safety

  • Keep this product and all accessories out of reach of children.

  • The earphones and cable contain small components that may pose a choking or strangulation hazard.

  • Use by children is not recommended and may result in serious injury or death.

Modification Warning

  • Do not attempt to alter, disassemble, or modify your earphones in any way.

  • Doing so may lead to product malfunction and potential personal injury, and will void your warranty.

Environmental Awareness

  • Do not use your earphones in any environment where full awareness of your surroundings is critical for safety.

  • This includes, but is not limited to: cycling, driving, walking near traffic, or running outdoors. Your safety must come first.

Component Security

  • Before inserting your earphones, always ensure:

    • The foam tip is securely attached to the sound nozzle.

    • The nozzle is firmly screwed into the earphone housing.

  • This prevents parts from becoming dislodged in the ear.

  • If a tip becomes lodged, do not use tools or implements to remove it. Attempt removal by hand or seek professional medical assistance.

Ear Health

  • Discontinue use and consult a medical professional if you experience:

    • Skin irritation

    • Excessive earwax buildup

    • Pain, discomfort, or signs of infection

  • Do not use your earphones if you currently have an ear infection, skin irritation, or any condition affecting the ear canal.

Handling the Cable

  • Never pull on the cable to remove the earphones from your ears.

  • This can damage the cable, connectors, and internal components.

  • Use gentle handling to avoid compromising product integrity.

Environmental Conditions

  • Keep your earphones dry at all times.

  • Avoid exposing them to extreme temperatures or high humidity, which can damage electronic components and affect performance.
